Weekend Surf Report - Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th November

Updated: 7 hours ago

What a sick week of waves we've just had! I hope you all got the chance to get in the water? If you didn't, don't stress the run of beautiful conditions will continue.

Saturday 8th November

Swell - 1.4m - 1.7m or 4 - 5ft

Wind - Light NE offshore

High Tide - 12.09pm

Low Tide - 6.23pm

Saturday is looking like a picture perfect day! Sun, offshores and a beautiful, building swell. The tides are big so look to surf the mid tides if you're a beginner or advanced beginner. Intermediates should find great waves all day.

Beginners - Dreamy looking conditions from about 8am to 11am or 1pm to 4pm. Expect to find nice gentle white water with the mid tide coming! High tide will be really fun if you like powerful waves.

Look Out!! If it's sunny the sand will be hot!

Advanced Beginners - Mid to high tide should be really nice, the closer you go to high tide the more power and size in the waves. If you like the mellower waves come on the mid tide.

Look Out!! Avoid the low tide in the arvo/evening.

Intermediates - Waves all day! Have a look at the report on Friday arvo just to double check the wind.

Look Out!! Skip the low in the evening as it might be a bit gnarly.

Sunday 9th November

Swell  - 1.8m - 1.9m or 5 - 6ft

Wind  - Light NE offshore

High Tide - 12.57pm

Low Tide - 6.40am

Another really nice looking day for all levels, the swell picks up slowly overnight but that shouldn't matter as long as you come on the mid tide.

Beginners - If you surf anytime between 8am - midday you'll get some fun beginner waves. 2pm - 5pm will be really good too!

Look Out!! High tide will be powerful and avoid low tide.

Advanced Beginners - The same as beginners but if you're keen for some power high tide will be fun too. 9am - 4pm should have fun waves.

Look Out!! Avoid low tide.

Intermediates - I'd probably be looking to surf the high tide.

Look Out!! It might be big out the back so avoid unless you feel very confident.
