If the refund is required within the first 30 days from date of purchase;

 

-If the lesson or lessons have not been redeemed yet

100% refund less the processing fee ($10)

 

-If one lesson or more has already been redeemed

75% of the remaining value, less the processing fee ($10)

The remaining value being the price of the voucher, less the price of the lessons redeemed at full price eg $70 for group lesson, or $120 for private lesson

 

If the refund is required after 30 days from date of purchase and up to 30 days before the expiry date;

 

-75% of the remaining value less the processing fee ($10)

After 30 days before the expiry date

 

-No refund
