2 min read

Yeew!! Who doesn’t love a long weekend! We are open all weekend and the waves will be fun in the mornings with the higher tide.

Saturday 24th October

Swell - 1.4 - 1.6m

Wind - 3 - 5knts North West

High Tide - 8.45am

Low Tide - 2.53pm

Beautiful looking conditions on Saturday with pretty much no wind in the morning and a high tide just before 9am.

Beginners - Anytime before midday should have really great waves for learning. Expect gentle white water with a little current heading north.

Look Out!! Avoid the low tide after 1pm.

Advanced Beginners - Same as beginners, look to surf early with the high tide. There will definitely be a few little unbroken waves as long as you surf sometime between 7am - 11am.

Look Out!! Look to skip the afternoon on the low tide.

Intermediates - The wind is super light in the morning so expect some really nice, clean waves before 11am.

Look Out!! Skip low tide unless you're confident out the back.

Sunday 25th October

Swell  - 1.3m

Wind  - 8 - 10knts South West

High Tide - 9.26am

Low Tide - 3.34pm

Sunday morning looks really fun for beginner and advanced beginner surfers. The wind will be light and the tide will just right anytime before midday.

Beginners - Like Saturday, the morning looks really nice! If you can come out between 9am - midday you'll have really nice beginner waves.

Look Out!! Avoid the low tide after 2pm.

Advanced Beginners - Easy, go in the morning. It might be small enough to get out the back especially if you surf a little after high tide.

Look Out!! After 2pm the low tide will be a little gnarly.

Intermediates - There will be fun options on the high tide.

Look Out!! The lower tide won't have much happening and might be gnarly so avoid it.

Monday 26th October

Swell  - 1.5 - 1.6m

Wind  - 6 - 10knts West

High Tide - 10.08am

Low Tide - 4.16pm

A weekend of similar conditions! Again light winds and semi glassy surf with the high tide in the morning.

Beginners - 8am - 1pm will have great waves for learning with mellow conditions on the high tide.

Look Out!! Avoid the low tide after 2pm.

Advanced Beginners - Same as beginners, look to surf around the high tide in the morning. Expect it to be fun with some little reforming waves.

Look Out!! Avoid the arvo low tide after 2pm.

Intermediates - The high tide in the morning will have some fun options.

Look Out!! Avoid the Low.
